TRUST FOR THE WIN!

Today on the show Gibbs encourages Team Lancaster Thunder with the fact that trust is key to successful teams and the accomplishment of whatever goal you are working toward. Who do you trust? How do you decide who or what is trustworthy? Trust is a make-or-break ingredient. He talks about the book/movie "The Boys In The Boat", a story with many applications; trust, being one of the most clear and applicable. He talks about reliability and sacrifice and how Jayson Tatum is being rewarded with the largest contract in NBA history because the Boston Celtics trust him to represent the franchise in ongoing championship ways. He talks about how the Yankees trust Aaron Judge to anchor their lineup. We all are in situations where we are asking for trust and be required to give trust.
